Flight instruments showing altitude, attitude and airspeed

Instrument Interpretation

Read six flight instruments, then choose the one statement that correctly describes the aircraft.

  • Instrument reading
  • Spatial reasoning
  • Visual scanning

BEFORE YOU START

A few things
worth knowing.

How does free access work?

Yes. Guests get three attempts per game. A free account gives unlimited attempts at every current level. No payment details are collected and there are no automatic charges.

Is this an official aviation selection test?

No. These are original practice activities for relevant cognitive skills. The academy is independent and is not affiliated with an airline, military service or aptitude-test provider. Scores are practice feedback.

Can I use a phone or tablet?

Yes. The games support touch controls as well as a keyboard and mouse. A larger screen can make simultaneous tasks easier to view.
